Self-paced courses include lifetime access. Cohorts and workshops provide time-limited access to recordings and materials as described at purchase.

1. Do not share course content outside your household without permission.
2. Do not upload harmful code or interfere with site operation.
3. Respect peers and mentors; harassment is prohibited.

4. Payments & Refunds

Orders placed on this site are previews; actual payment may be completed via an external processor. Refunds follow our Policy: 14 days for self-paced (if under 20% complete) and up to 72 hours pre-cohort/workshop start.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NewValley Herb Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable course.
